Fabien Prévost began his career as a Consultant in the United States before moving to Paris where he joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Senior Consultant in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.From 1988 to 1991, he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, initially within the M&A division of First Boston Corp in New York and then at Financière Indosuez in Paris. In 1992 he founded Proxidis, a specialised distribution group that was floated on the Paris Bourse (Nouveau Marché) in 1996. Since July 2004, he has been CEO of Omnes Capital, after joining it in 2000 to set up the Venture Capital business.

Fabien Prévost was Director and Vice-Chairman (2010-2012) of the AFIC and Chairman of AFIC’s Statistical and Economic Research Committee (2009-2013). Fabien was elected to the Mid-Market Council at the Invest Europe in February 2015.

He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of California-Berkeley.

BENJAMIN ARM
Managing Partner

Benjamin Arm is Managing Partner, in charge of Buyout & Growth Capital activity. He started his career in 2001 working for Arthur Andersen, before moving to Ernst & Young as an experienced Senior in the Transaction Advisory Services department. He joined Omnes Capital as an Associate in 2006. He was then Director until 2013. Benjamin Arm is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

Benjamin Arm has a degree in engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics. He also holds a Master’s Entrepreneurs degree from HEC and a diploma in economics from Université Paris Sorbonne.

Managing Partner

Michel de Lempdes is Managing Partner, in charge of Venture Capital activity. He is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

He currently sits on the Supervisory Board of Adents and Cooltech and on the Board of Directors of Trusted Shop. He has also been involved in numerous sales of companies where he had invested, in particular Dibcom (sold to Parrot), Miwoya (sold to Syncronoss Inc), MonShowroom (sold to Casino), Si Automation (sold to PDF Solutions Inc), Oclio (sold to Online Commerce Partners), Novaled (sold to Samsung), EVE (sold to Synopsys Inc) and Tronics (sold to TDK EPCOS).

Michel de Lempdes’ career began with Crédit Agricole CIB in New York, before he helped to set up Crédit Lyonnais Venture Capital in 2001, which later became Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital unit, where he worked in the electronics and internet sectors. In addition, he has been a member of SATT idfinnov’s Investment Committee since 2012. Michel de Lempdes graduated from ESC Reims business school.

Managing Partner

Eric Rey is Managing Director, responsible for the mid-cap buyout and growth capital team. He is a member of Omnes Capital’s executive committee.

Eric Rey began his career in 1992 with Banque Hervet (HSBC Group) as SME Account Manager. In 1995, he joined the Crédit Agricole group working for Unicrédit (corporate banking), then Crédit Agricole Indosuez (now CA-CIB) as large account relationship manager with responsibility for the luxury goods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and retail sectors. He then joined the capital investment team at Crédit Agricole SA in 1998 (formerly Ui) before moving to the growth and buyout capital team at Omnes Capital in 2004.

A qualified civil engineer who graduated from INSA Toulouse, he also holds a master’s degree from the Kedge Business School in Marseille and holds the CESA HEC Finance diploma.

SERGE SAVASTA
Managing Partner

Serge Savasta is Managing Partner, in charge of the Infastructure activity comprising Renewable Energy and Green Building businesses. He joined Omnes Capital in 2006 as Director of the Renewable Energy team, and took over responsibility for it in 2008. Serge is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

Serge began his career with Crédit Lyonnais in 2000 as an information systems consultant specialised in capital markets. In 2002, he joined the structured financing department of the bank (since renamed CACIB) as an asset financing executive and then as relationship manager. He was a director of the French renewable energy syndicate from 2009 to 2013.

Serge Savasta graduated in engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics engineering school. He also holds an MBA from the HEC Paris business school.

Managing Partner

Martine Sessin-Caracci is Managing Partner, in charge of Investor Relations and Communication. She joined Omnes Capital in November 2005 as Communications Director. She extended her scope of responsibility in 2011, becoming responsible for the Investor Relations team. Sessin-Caracci is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

Martine Sessin-Caracci began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. In 1989, she joined CPR Bank, where she held a variety of positions within the finance department before becoming Head of Financial Communications in 1998. In 2001, she joined the Euler Hermes group as Communications Director. At the start of 2004, she was appointed Communications Director at AGF (which became Allianz France in 2009).

Martine Sessin-Caracci is a graduate of ESC Bordeaux business school and holds a DESCF diploma.

 

PHILIPPE TROLEZ
Corporate Secretary

Philippe Trolez joined Omnes Capital in 2001. He became Legal Director in 2005 before being named Corporate Secretary in 2013. He is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

Philippe Trolez’s career began in 1995 as a lawyer at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations where he advised its head office and regional departments on public-private company law, banking law and business law. During 2000, he joined Spie SA where he was in charge of mergers & acquisitions and internal restructuring.

Philippe Trolez holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a master’s degree in business law from University of Paris XIII. He is also a graduate of the Institut de la Construction et de l’Habitation (Paris CNAM).

Marc-Philippe Botte joined Omnes Capital in 2009 as Director within the Renewable Energy team.

His career started in 1998 as Assistant Professor at the Free University of Brussels before joining Mees Pierson’s/Fortis Bank’s M&A teams (Amsterdam). In 2001, Marc-Philippe joined the M&A department of Fortis Bank (Paris) as Director, where he was in charge of deals in the Renewable Energy sector.

Marc-Philippe graduated from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Brussels).

Xavier Brunaud is Principal in Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital team, which he joined in July 2007. In particular, he invests in the web and SaaS/Cloud sectors.

He sits on the board of directors or the supervisory board of TVSMILES, Eptica, viavoo and Prodealcenter.

Xavier started his career in 2006 with BNP Paribas’ Loan & Portfolio Management department in New York, where he was in charge of securitising credit lines on behalf of the corporate and investment banking division.

An EM Lyon graduate, he also holds a master’s degree in banking and financial law from the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Adrien Celdran joined the Omnes Capital Co-Investment business line in February 2017 as an Analyst. He was appointed Associate in October 2017.

He started his career in London at Société Générale (SGCIB). He then joined Evercore Partners before moving to the London-based Private Equity fund STAR Capital Partners.

Etienne Chemel graduated from École Centrale de Nantes and HEC Paris (master in Finance).

He began his career at Accuracy before co-founding start-up Tribway, France’s largest social shopping platform. Before joining Omnes, Fabien Collangettes worked for Paris Business Angels as Executive Officer.

Fabien Collangettes holds a degree from Supélec.

Director

Avi Corcos joined Omnes Capital's Private Debt team in 2015.

He has more than 13 years’ experience in private equity. He began his career at OTC Agregator before moving to Assya Capital. He has also worked at growth businesses (Viadeo, Certineo) in a variety of areas including strategy, administrative and equity.

Avi Corcos holds a DESS diploma in Banking and Finance from the Sorbonne (Paris 1).

Fabrice Crabié joined Omnes Capital as an Associate in 2006 with the Mid Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team.

Fabrice Crabié’s career began at the French ministry of the economy, finance and industry, working as part of the economic mission to Cuba, carrying out studies into the opportunities for French businesses to set up and expand in the country. In September 2003, he moved to Société Générale’s General Inspection unit.

Fabrice Crabié graduated from HEC Paris business school, majoring in financial engineering and advanced accounting studies.

François-Xavier Dedde started his career in 2004 working for Credit Lyonnais Private Equity’s venture capital team before moving on to Crédit Agricole CIB in New York during 2005 to cover large accounts in the aerospace and defence sectors. A qualified ESIEE Paris engineer, he also holds a postgraduate diploma in finance from EM Lyon (MIF).

Corentin Defond holds a degree from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC).

Jean-Baptiste Delattre
Principal

Jean-Baptiste Delattre joined the Renewable Energy team in January 2018 as Principal.

He began his career in 2006, leading the Maintenance team at an ArcelorMittal site. After that he went on to take over the central team responsible for the Group’s global energy supplies. Before joining Omnes Capital, he was in charge of Strategic Energy Partnerships, notably for cogeneration plants and energy efficiency projects in Europe.

Jean-Baptiste Delattre is a graduate of the Supélec engineering school.

He also holds an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Camille Delibes joined Omnes Capital in 2007 as part of the private debt team.

She was appointed Partner, responsible for the private debt business, in 2017. She began her career in 2003 in growth capital and LBOs at Natixis Private Equity.

Camille Delibes holds an MBA from ESCP business school and a DESS diploma in Financial Engineering from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.

Laurent Espic joined Omnes Capital in 1999. He is a Partner and heads the small cap buyout and growth capital team.

He began his career at Clinvest in 1991 as a financial controller, and then as special consultant covering the agri-food and catering sector. He then held the position of Head of Mergers and Acquisition activities at restaurant group Flo for three years.

Laurent Espic holds a degree from the University of Lyon and a DESS diploma in Business Valuation and Buyouts. He holds the SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts) qualification.

Maximilien Fournier Sourdille joined the Venture Capital team as Associate in July 2017.

Having completed various internships with research institutes, Maximilien Fournier Sourdille co-founded the start-up FeetMe (connected shoes).

A graduate of the École Polytechnique, specialising in Biology & Entrepreneurship, Maximilien Fournier Sourdille holds a Master’s in bio-engineering from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).

Marc Gasser joined Omnes Capital's Venture Capital team as an analyst in 2015. He was appointed Associate in April 2018.

Philippe GUINOT
Senior consultant

Dr Guinot, MD, PhD, anaesthetist, is the author of numerous international scientific articles. He kept an hospital practice as an Internist until 2001. From 1977 to 1994, he pursued his career in the pharmaceutical industry in business and drug development in executive positions for several international laboratories in Europe. As VP Drug Development, he introduced several products on the market. He was also appointed Adjunct Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Davis, from 1992 to 1996. Dr Guinot then managed three US and French Biotechnology companies in France for 5 years.

Dr Guinot joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity (now Omnes Capital) in 2001 to create and lead the firm's Life Sciences VC team as Senior Managing Partner of the Company). Under his supervision, he and his staff invested more than 120 M€ over ten years with an overall very satisfactory return, through 15 successful M&A and IPOs. His major successes are Biovex, where he was the second largest investor when the company was sold to Amgen, PanGenetix (sold to Abbott), arGEN-X(IPO), and also Metabolic Explorer (Lead Investor and organiser of the very successful IPO on Euronext).

Since he retired in April 2011, he started his own consultant company, PhG Bioconsulting. He became then Chairman of the Board of iTeos Therapeutics (Belgium). He also advises in Funds Raising, and he initiated the set-up of a 50 M€ Fund dedicated to "Rare Diseases and Innovative Biotechnologies", invested by AFM-Téléthon and FNA in 2013, and managed by Laurent Arthaud at Bpifrance Investissement. He chairs the Advisory Investment Committee of this Fund.

He acts predominantly as Senior Advisor to the Biotech Funds managed by Bpifrance Investissement.

In January 2018, he additionally became Chairman of the Board of Aelis Farma (Bordeaux), and also restarted advising Omnes Capital for their activities in Biotechnology.

Antoine Joris joined Omnes Capital’s Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team in December 2015.

Prior to this, he spent two years in M&A at Rothschild & Cie in Paris and Brussels, having initially gained experience at IK Investment Partners and Merrill Lynch in London, as well as at Leonardo & Co in Brussels.

Antoine Joris holds a master’s degree in business engineering from Solvay Business School in Brussels.

Adrien Lebail joined Omnes Capital in 2015 as Director in the Co-Investment activity.

Adrien Le Bail began his career at Societe Generale in 2009 in the Group's internal consulting department. In 2011, Adrien joined the Boston Consulting Group and developed deep expertise in selected sectors such as Energy, Health Care and Automotive.

Adrien Le Bail graduated from HEC and CEMS.

Achim Lederle
Venture Partner

Achim Lederle has worked for more than 20 years as an investor, supervisory board member and consultant for national and international companies. He has invested in many software and electronics companies and has supervised companies from their founding, through their growth to the sale or initial public offering.

Achim Lederle has built Quantum Partners, a M&A boutique from scratch. As a partner at 3i, the largest European venture capital company, Achim Lederle managed transactions from 0.5 to 270 million euros. He was jointly responsible for the strategic sale of the global 3i venture portfolio and subsequently, as a venture partner at Cipio Partners, continued to supervise and successfully sell these companies. He started his career in venture capital as an investment manager at Technologieholding VC.

Achim Lederle is regularly involved with entrepreneurial capital and know-how as a business angel.

After studying business administration at the University of Augsburg, he joined the consulting firm of Deloitte Consulting.

MICHEL DE LEMPDES
Managing Partner

Michel de Lempdes is Managing Partner, in charge of Venture Capital activity. He is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

Director

Yoann Malys joined the mid cap Buyout & Growth Capital team in November 2017 as Director.

Yoann Malys was Founding Partner at Inspiring Sport Capital, the leading European fund dedicated to the Sport industry (2014/2017). Since 2016, he has also operated as a fundraising consultant for start-ups active in the field of Sport.

Previously, Yoann Malys was Associate Director at NBGI Private Equity (now Stage Capital) in Paris and London. He began his career as a Consultant at EY Transaction Services and at BearingPoint.

Yoann Malys is a graduate of HEC Paris business school.

 

 

Geoffroy MANET
Associate

Geoffroy Manet joined Omnes Capital in 2016 as an Analyst within the Mid Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team. He was appointed Associate in April 2018.

He is graduated from University in Bank and Finance and holds a mastère degree from EM Lyon Business School in financial engineering.

Frédéric MIMOUN
Director

Frédéric Mimoun joined Omnes Capital in September 2016 as Director in the Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team.

Frédéric Mimoun began his career with Arthur Andersen in Recovery/Transaction Services. He later joined Société Générale’s Mergers & Acquisitions department in London. He then moved on to the Royal Bank of Scotland in Paris where he headed up the Leveraged Finance origination teams before joining Nixen Partners. Since 2015, Frédéric Mimoun has been Head of Blackrock’s Private Debt unit in France and the Benelux countries.

Frédéric Mimoun is a graduate of the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, the French engineering and research graduate school in Paris.

Bernard Nabet
Venture Partner

Bernard Nabet has 21 years’ experience of new technologies, financial and strategy consulting, private equity and more specifically venture capital. After gaining experience in research and development at France Télécom, Bernard Nabet joined consulting firm Arthur Andersen in 1997 before moving to AT Kearney Interactive in 1998 as senior consultant. In 2001, he became partner at Spef Venture (formerly Seventure Capital).

Bernard Nabet joined Omnes Capital in 2005 as partner. In 2007, Omnes Capital opened an office in Israel that was headed up by Bernard. Bernard Nabet is currently president of Franco-Israeli venture capital investment club AxessVenture and of CAIVS (venture capital funds-of-funds and co-investment).

Bernard Nabet holds an MBA from Université Paris I, a master’s degree in microelectronics and IT from Université Denis Diderot, a master’s in theoretical physics from The Hebrew University and an engineering degree from ENS Bordeaux.

Nicolas NOEL
Associate

Nicolas Noel joins Omnes Capital’s Private Debt team in September 2016. Nicolas gained a two-year master’s degree in corporate finance and financial engineering from Paris-Dauphine university. Since 2013, he has worked as an analyst in the Loans & Private Debt team within AXA IM’s Structured Finance department.

LAURENT PERRET
Principal

Laurent Perret joined the Renewable Energy team at Omnes Capital in July 2010. He was promoted to Principal in October 2017.

A mining civil engineering graduate, he also holds a corporate finance qualification in the form of a Master of Science in Management from the EM management school in Lyon.

Michael Pollan joined Omnes Capital in 2013 within the Renewable Energy team.

He started his career in 2003 working as an analyst for the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in Washington DC, then joined Eco-Carbone in Paris in 2005 as Project leader in carbon finance. In 2008, he moved on to the Natixis group as Investment officer at Natixis Environnement & Infrastructures, before being appointed Deputy CEO of Carbone Finance in 2012 and then Associate Director, Global Infrastructure & Project Finance.

Michael Pollan graduated from John Hopkins University, Washington DC (United States) and the University of York (United Kingdom).

Renaud Poulard is Partner within the Venture Capital team.

He began his career in 1991 with the Sagem group, working on research and development projects in the telecoms and defence sectors for close to 10 years. 

After gaining an MBA from INSEAD in 2000, he moved into venture capital as a partner with the Seventures fund, then switching to Omnes Capital in 2005. Electronics and telecommunications are his main areas of interest. Renaud has completed over 20 investments and 7 exits, including Erenis (sold to SFR - May 2007), Bizanga (sold to Cloudmark Inc. - June 2010), 3D+ (sold to Heico Corp. - April 2011), Envivio (IPO on the Nasdaq - April 2012).

He currently sits on the board of directors of ACCO, Scality, H2i Technologies, Edagora, Visiware, Progexia, Oxatis and Confortvisuel.

Renaud qualified as a telecoms engineer at the Ecole Supérieure d’Optique and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Managing Partner

Serge Savasta is Managing Partner, in charge of the Infastructure activity comprising Renewable Energy and Green Building businesses. He joined Omnes Capital in 2006 as Director of the Renewable Energy team, and took over responsibility for it in 2008. Serge is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

Serge began his career with Crédit Lyonnais in 2000 as an information systems consultant specialised in capital markets. In 2002, he joined the structured financing department of the bank (since renamed CACIB) as an asset financing executive and then as relationship manager. He was a director of the French renewable energy syndicate from 2009 to 2013.

Serge Savasta graduated in engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics engineering school. He also holds an MBA from the HEC Paris business school.

Elisa Steccaglia joined the Renewable Energy team at Omnes Capital as an Analyst in April 2014. She was promoted to Associate in October 2017.

Director

Benjamin Stremsdoerfer joined the Renewable Energy team in March 2018 as Director.

Before joining Omnes, Benjamin Stremsdoerfer was Deputy Director at ADEME, the French Environment & Energy Management Agency within the Direction des Investissements d’Avenir. Among his previous experiences, Benjamin Stremsdoerfer was consultant at L.E.K consulting, a global strategy consulting firm in Paris.

Benjamin Stremsdoerfer is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and Imperial College.

 

Gonzague DE TREMIOLLES
Principal

Gonzague de Trémiolles joined Omnes Capital’s Green Building department in 2016.

He began his career in 2007 at Michel Klopfer, market leader in financial consulting services for local authorities, where he was in charge of arranging and monitoring public-private partnerships on behalf of local authorities. In 2013, Gonzague de Trémiolles joined RTE to look after monitoring of the group’s subsidiaries and investments, including real estate investment, and take charge of M&A activities.

Gonzague de Trémiolles holds a master’s degree in public affairs from IEP Paris (2005).

YANNIC TRUEB

Yannic Trueb joined the Renewable Energy team at Omnes Capital as an Analyst in May 2014. He was appointed Associate in October 2017.

Yannic Trueb holds a Master's in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Zurich.

Principal

Ludovic Valentin-Pereira joined the Mid Cap Buyout and Growth Capital team as a Senior Associate in September 2016. He was promoted to Principal in October 2017.

Ludovic Valentin-Pereira began his career in January 2008 at Perfectis Private Equity, before moving to Montefiore Investment. In September 2009 he joined Pléiade Investissement as Business Manager. He was appointed Deputy Director in 2013.

Ludovic Valentin-Pereira is a graduate of ESSEC.

She was previously Editorial Director at Crédit Agricole CIB, having gained her initial experience in journalism. Delphine Sauvage joinded Omnes in 2014. She has more than 10 years’ experience in investor relations. She spent more than 6 years at Pantheon as Relationship Manager in London and then in Paris, and began her career at Thomson Reuters. Martine Sessin-Caracci is Managing Partner, in charge of Investor Relations and Communication. She joined Omnes Capital in November 2005 as Communications Director. She extended her scope of responsibility in 2011, becoming responsible for the Investor Relations team. Sessin-Caracci is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

Martine Sessin-Caracci began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. In 1989, she joined CPR Bank, where she held a variety of positions within the finance department before becoming Head of Financial Communications in 1998. In 2001, she joined the Euler Hermes group as Communications Director. At the start of 2004, she was appointed Communications Director at AGF (which became Allianz France in 2009).

Martine Sessin-Caracci is a graduate of ESC Bordeaux business school and holds a DESCF diploma.

Miria Späth Werder joined Omnes Capital in 2016. Miria Späth Werder will head the international business development activities.

Miria Späth Werder started her career as an auditor with PwC in Frankfurt and Paris as well as Ernst & Young in Geneva. In 2007, Miria Späth Werder joined Akina, a private equity fund of funds advisor, initially in the Finance department and in 2010 became Head Marketing & Investor Relations Europe. In parallel to her studies, Miria held assignments in Financial Accounting, Consulting and Marketing.

Miria Späth Werder is a graduate from the University of Mannheim and holds a Master of Business Administration. She is a German national and speaks German, English and French.

Serge Rakovitch joined Omnes Capital in June 2017 as Head of Operations.

For six years, Serge Rakovitch was Managing Partner of VCPE Advisory, a consultancy firm specialising in Private Equity. He was previously Partner and General Secretary of OTC Conseil. Serge Rakovitch began his career with Deloitte in auditing, before joining the Corporate Finance department. He then became a financial controller with the Consortium de Réalisation (CDR) at Crédit Lyonnais and Deputy General Secretary at the Société Française des Analystes Financiers.

Serge Rakovitch is a graduate of HEC, SFAF and holds a finance and accounting degree.

Philippe Trolez joined Omnes Capital in 2001. He became Legal Director in 2005 before being named Corporate Secretary in 2013. He is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee.

Philippe Trolez’s career began in 1995 as a lawyer at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations where he advised its head office and regional departments on public-private company law, banking law and business law. During 2000, he joined Spie SA where he was in charge of mergers & acquisitions and internal restructuring.

Senior Advisor

Edmond Alphandéry was Chairman of CNP Assurances from 1998 to 2012 and Chairman of EDF from 1995 to 1998. From 1993 to 1995, he was Minister of the Economy in Edouard Balladur's government. During this period, he oversaw a major privatisation programme that included BNP, Elf and Renault, as well as the reform that gave the Banque de France its independence.
He was the parliamentary representative for Maine-et-Loire from 1978 to 1993, mayor of Longué-Jumelles from 1997 to 2008 and regional councillor for Maine-et-Loire until 2008.

Mr Alphandéry is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1968) and has a doctorate in economics. He began his university career at the University of Nantes after passing the Agrégation competitive professorship examination in political economics in 1971. From 1974 to 1992, he was Professor of Political Economics at the University of Paris II.

A former member of the Consultative Committee of R.W.E. AG, Mr Alphandéry is now a director of CACIB (Crédit Agricole Group), GDF Suez and Icade. He is President of the Centre des Professions Financières, a member of the Banque de France's Consultative Committee and a member of the French section of the Trilateral Commission.
He is the author of many books and articles on economic and monetary affairs and is also the founder and Chairman of the Euro50 Group, which brings together prominent European figures concerned with euro-related issues.

Jean-Marie Chevalier
Senior Advisor

Jean-Marie Chevalier began his career in 1970 as a professor of economics at the University of Algiers. A specialist in the energy industry, he has worked as a professor at various universities including Rabat, Grenoble, Aix-en-Provence, Paris XIII, Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He then joined the World Bank as a consultant for the bank’s energy department. He was senior associate at Cambridge Energy Research Associates (or CERA, now known as IHS-CERA). A professor at Paris-Dauphine University, he headed the Centre of Geopolitics of Energy and Raw Materials (CGEMP). He has been a director of BNP and Nexans, a member of the French Board for Economic Analysis and a member of the French Circle of Economists.

Jean-Marie Chevalier is the author of a number of works and publications in the fields of the industrial economy, the energy economy and geopolitics. In 2009, he was appointed by the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance to head up a working party on oil price volatility; the conclusions of the report were presented to the Finance Minister in 2010.

Jean-Marie Chevalier is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a doctorate in economics from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, teaching for the Faculties of law and economics. He is currently emeritus professor at Paris-Dauphine University.

Pascal Daloz
Senior Advisor

Pascal Daloz gained 10 years of solid experience in strategy and management of technological innovations with investment banks and consultancy firms, notably with Arthur D. Little (1992–1997) and Crédit Suisse First Boston Technology Group (1997–2001).

He joined Dassault Systèmes in 2001 as R&D Director, responsible for commercial development. He brought a strategic perspective on market changes to R&D and helped integrate the internet and other new information technologies. He was appointed Strategy and Development Director in 2003, then Deputy Managing Director responsible for Strategy and Marketing in 2007.

Since 2010, as Deputy Managing Director responsible for Corporate Strategy and Market Development, Pascal Daloz has been responsible for managing all the brands.

In 2014, Pascal Daloz became Deputy Managing Director for Brands and Corporate Development. In this role, he has defined and implemented an external growth strategy revealing the value of Dassault Systèmes solutions in new territories. He has pursued an acquisitions policy to enhance the Dassault Systèmes range of solutions and boost its growth potential.

Since 2011, Pascal Daloz has also been chairman of Outscale, a Cloud services company founded by Dassault Systèmes. He represents Dassault Systèmes within the Alliance Industrie du Futur (a non-profit organisation launched by the French government) and represented the company on the Conseil National du Numérique (National Digital Council) from 2013 to 2015. He is a member of the scientific board of the Institut Mines-Télécom (a public engineering and digital research institution).

In 2010, he was awarded the Hermès de l’innovation award for interpersonal relations in the workplace.

François Enaud
Senior Advisor

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées, François Enaud joined engineering and IT firm Steria after beginning his career at Colas.

He was involved in a number of transportation projects on behalf of RATP, SNCF, Aéroports de Paris and motorway operators. He developed Steria’s export activities, particularly in Asia. In 1995, he was named responsible for developing the Telecoms business. In 1997, founder and chairman Jean Carteron, who wanted to give the company new momentum, appointed him as CEO. His first aim was to float the company on the stock market, which he achieved in 18 months. While maintaining a large base of employee shareholders, Francois Enaud used the company’s flotation to step up its international expansion. He made three major acquisitions: Bull Europe (2001), Mummert Consulting in Germany (2004) and Anglo-Indian company Xansa (2007). As a result, Steria became one of the top 10 IT services companies in Europe, generating more than two-thirds of its revenues outside France.

In 2013, François Enaud initiated the process of merging with Sopra, aware of a new wave of acceleration in sector consolidation. The merger was finalised in 2014. The new company, Sopra-Steria, is now France’s third-largest IT services company after Capgemini and Atos, with revenues of €3.5 billion and 35,000 employees.

François Enaud has also been a board member of Arkema since it was founded in 2006 and a board member of KLM since 2016, and is also chairman of the Agence Nouvelle des Solidarités Actives (ANSA), a board member of Fondact and senior advisor for start-ups in the world of digital technology.

François Enaud was awarded the French Legion of Honour.

Michel Faure
Senior Advisor

Michel Faure began his career in 1979 as a mining engineer and public officer for the Languedoc-Roussillon region, where he was responsible for industrial development for the region. He left public service in 1983 to become head of marketing at an electronic systems research and design company. In 1985, the company became part of a technology group specialising in defence and aerospace, SFIM, where he was successively General Secretary, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then Chief Executive Officer. He left the SFIM group and became Chairman and Chief Executive of an electronics company specialising in signal processing for the space sector in 2000. In 2001, in parallel with the work he did for SMP, he entered the world of private equity and more specifically venture capital, notably by joining the Siparex Group as venture partner in charge of the management and development of a portfolio of companies in the fields of information systems security and telecommunications.

After selling SMP, in 2010 he became head of Siparex Proximité Innovation, combining the Group’s venture capital activities, managing over €440 million. He joined the boards of a number of companies, such as DSO Interactive, Trace One, Intego, Citilog, Cirpack, Topachat, Roctool, Securactive, Odyssey Invest, Ucopia, Impika, Arkoon, Traqueur and Acco Semiconducteurs Inc. On leaving the Siparex group in 2014, he became a non-executive director on the company’s board. In January 2015, he became General Secretary of Impact Partenaires, a social purpose fund management company. Michel Faure joined the Advisory Committee of Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital business in June 2016.

Michel Faure holds a degree from the Ecole Polytechnique de Paris and is an engineer of the Corps de Mines.

Martin Fuchs
Senior Advisor

Martin Fuchs worked for Bayerwerk Group of Utilities from 1980 to 2000, where he held a variety of international and national positions, among them a Board membership of Solar Wasserstoff Bayern GmbH. He was appointed CEO of E.ON’s network division in 2000 and continued this position after it had been taken over by TenneT in 2010. In 2014 he stood down. During this period, he was also a member of several boards. In particular, he was President of the Union for Co-ordination of the Transmission of Electricity (UCTE) and a Board member of the European Network of Transmission System Operators (ETSO).

Martin Fuchs is currently a Supervisory Board member of TenneT TSO GmbH (a European market leader in electricity transportation) and SAG Group GmbH (electricity, gas, water and telecommunications networks service and systems provider).

Martin Fuchs holds a degree from the Technical University of Munich in electrical engineering and energy (1980).

PIERRE GADONNEIX
Senior Advisor

Pierre Gadonneix is Chairman of Latécoère’s Supervisory Board. He is Honorary Chairman of EDF and the World Energy Council and also chairs the Harvard Business School Club in France.

Pierre Gadonneix, a highly reputed business figure, has spent most of his career in industry. In 1976, he was technical advisor to the private office of the French minister of industry and research. From 1978 to 1987, he was director of the metallurgical, mechanical and electrical industries and in this role helped to shape the restructuring of the French steelmaking sector. He was Chairman of Gaz de France from 1996 to 2004 after joining the group nine years earlier as Chief Executive Officer. In 2004, he was appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EDF, a position he held until 2009. Pierre Gadonneix was a member of the French Economic and Social Council until 2009.

With a doctorate in Business Economics from the Harvard Business School, he graduated from the École Polytechnique and the École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs and holds a degree in Economics.

GILBERT MILAN
Senior Advisor

Gilbert Milan is the founder of Eveil & Jeux and since 2010 has been Chief Executive Officer of Deventis Conseil, a wealth management investment specialist. He is also Chairman of Foncière Centre-ville, a commercial property company.

Mr Milan has a civil engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (1975) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (1979). He was a partner of Boston Consulting Group from 1979 to 1995, where he was responsible for strategy, organisation and performance improvement assignments.
In 1992, with his wife Margaret (HBS, Procter), he founded Eveil & Jeux, a mail order educational toy company, which has since become the French leader in this market. He served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2002. In 2003, he joined Deventis Conseil and managed advisory assignments with expanding companies and private equity funds until 2006. He returned to Eveil & Jeux from 2007 to 2010 as its Chairman to oversee its merger with Fnac Junior and to build up a multi-channel retail chain.

XAVIER MORENO

Xavier co-founded Astorg Partners in 1998, after heading the Suez private equity teams for seven years, including the chairmanship of Astorg Cie d'Investissement which was then a wholly-owned Suez investment company. Before that, he spent six years at Sanofi, as CEO of an operational division and member of the Executive Committee. Xavier started his professional life in 1976 at the French Treasury, where he held several senior positions including the financing and monitoring of state-owned institutional companies.

Xavier is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, the Institut d'Etude Politiques de Paris, and the Ecole Normale d'Administration.

Jean-Louis Ricaud is President of  ADTECH.

Jean-Louis has been working for more than 30 years in the industrial sector (nuclear energy, environment,  automobile, transport, steel industry, engineering services),  developing, transforming  and expanding worldwide (Europe, Japan, India, Russia) the different businesses he was in charge of.

Jean-Louis launched in 2012 his own consulting company ADTECH. ADTECH focus its consultancy services on Strategy, Organization, Performances Evaluation, Quality Management, mainly for large industrial corporations. Through ADTECH, Jean-Louis is serving ASSYSTEM (Strategy and Innovation), AREVA, BUREAU VERITAS, THEANOADVISORS  and others.

From 2009 to 2012, as EVP and COO of Alstom Transport  (Rolling Stock, Signaling, Maintenance Services, Turnkeys) , Jean-Louis was in charge of all operational activities of ALSTOM (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, IT, projects, R&D).
Previously, Jean Louis joined Renault in 2001; He was first in charge of Quality Department (2002-2004). Then he has been appointed Renault Executive Vice President (2005-2009), in charge of Engineering, Quality, IT, and member of the board of Renault-Nissan Alliance.  
From 1991 to 2000, Jean-Louis was AREVA EVP, in charge of Reprocessing ,Recycling, Transportation and Industrial Services Business Units. Before, from 1978 to 1991, he occupied different positions in AREVA organization (project manager, head of La Hague nuclear plant, SGN EVP (AREVA subsidiary in charge of Engineering, IT, maintenance services).

Jean-Louis is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure ( ULM 1975), Doctor in Mathematics (1974) and Chief Engineer from  the “Corps des Mines” (CM 1978).

ANTON VAN ROSSUM

Anton van Rossum is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Munich Re, a leading world reinsurance company, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dutch company Royal Vopak, world leader in storage and handling of oil, chemicals and liquefied gases. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Rotterdam School of Management and the Nederlands Economisch Instituut in the Netherlands.

From 2006 to 2015, he was a Member of the Board of Directors of Crédit Suisse Group in Zurich, Member of the Board of Directors of the Solvay Group in Belgium (2006 to 2014) and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

From 1972 to 1999, Anton van Rossum was Associate and then Senior Partner at McKinsey & Cie in Benelux and Scandinavia, during which time he set up and ran the Brussels office. From 2000 to 2004, he was Chairman of the Executive Committee of Fortis Group, an insurance and banking group, in Belgium and the Netherlands.

He is a graduate of Erasmus University Rotterdam and holds a Bachelor's degree and a Masters degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Guillaume Sarkozy

Guillaume Sarkozy ran a textiles company in the Picardy region of France for 27 years. At the same time, he held a number of positions at the head of professional organisations such as Union des Industries Textiles, CNPF and MEDEF, which allowed him to acquire expertise in social protection.

As Vice-President and member of the MEDEF Executive Committee between 2000 and 2006, he led negotiations between the French government and employee representative bodies during the introduction of pension reforms in 2003 and the reform of the healthcare system in 2004.

Guillaume Sarkozy joined the Médéric group in 2006. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer and steered the merger with Malakoff, which resulted in 2008 in the creation of France’s largest supplementary social protection company. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Malakoff Médéric group from 2008 to 2016.

Guillaume Sarkozy is a graduate of the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics.

JACQUES VEYRAT

Jacques Veyrat has been Chairman of Impala SAS since 1 July 2011. Impala SAS owns interests in Eiffel Investment Group (alternative investment), Neoen (renewable energy), Poweo Direct Energie (electricity distribution) and business operations in China. Mr Veyrat is also a director of Imerys, HSBC France, Eurazeo and Louis Dreyfus Armateurs.

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique (1983) and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées de Paris (1988), Mr Veyrat held various positions at the Ministry of Finance and the Treasury from 1989 to 1993, and then at the Ministry of Public Works from 1993 to 1995.


In 1995, he joined the Louis Dreyfus Group where he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Louis Dreyfus Armateurs in 1996. 
In 1998, he founded LDCom, which was renamed Neuf Telecom in 2004 and then Neuf Cegetel in 2005. He left Neuf Cegetel in April 2008 at the time of its sale to SFR and was appointed Chairman of the Louis Dreyfus Group in May 2008.
