Geophoros

Land Conversion

Geophoros is a vehicle dedicated to land conversion that will unite Bouygues Immobilier and Omnes, via its fund Construction Energie Plus. This vehicle will make it possible to finance the acquisition and conversion of land until a building permit has been obtained, prior to the development phase of residential programs, over a period of 2 to 4 years.

The objective of this partnership is to “rebuild the city upon the city” in order to fight against land artificialisation, improve urban biodiversity and produce low-carbon housing. The vehicle has an investment capacity of €100 million and will enable 2,000 homes to be built.
