Development of high-performance environmental tertiary property projects

Hummingbird, is an investment vehicle bringing together Omnes and Patriarca Group, a development and construction group in the city of Lyon region.  The aim of this vehicle is to develop tertiary projects adapted to the demands of environmental performance, changing working habits and staff well-being.  In this regard, Hummingbird has the dual capacity to complete new constructions and to reposition assets on their market by combining property refurbishments with a review of how they are used

Hummingbird holds two assets in Lyon and approx. 10,000 m² of operating and development sites.
