Grand Nancy Thermal, a flagship thermal project in the town of Nancy

Omnes, Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France and Valvital have signed, alongside the Greater Nancy regional authority, a 30-year concession contract to design, build, finance, maintain and operate Grand Nancy Thermal, an aquatic, thermal and well-being centre. The project aims to refurbish an existing site composed of the emblematic round swimming pool in the town of Nancy, outdoor pools and an indoor Olympic pool, and to increase its size to host a thermal centre, a sports & leisure aquatic centre, a well-being & spa centre and a hotel resort.
