Tertiary real estate projects with high-environmental performance in the areas of Nantes and Ile-de-France

Omnes Capital and ETPO Group set up ETPOMNIA to develop high-performance environmental tertiary property projects in the areas of Nantes and Ile-de-France (Greater Paris). ETPOMNIA relies on the development and construction capacities of the ETPO Group, a building and maritime works company created in Nantes in 1913.

ETPOMNIA holds three assets and approx. 15,000 m² in operation and development in the city of Nantes.
