Omnes Capital expands its management team as it reinforces its leadership in the energy transition in Europe
Paris, 14 September 2023 — Omnes Capital, a leading European private equity firm at the forefront of sustainable investments, with over €5,5bn of assets under management, is proud to announce the strategic appointments of Caroline Kragerud as Partner Investor Relations, Joost Notenboom as Head of ESG & Sustainability, and Estelle Eonnet as Director of Communications. These new additions to the Omnes team further solidify the firm’s commitment to growth and sustainability in private equity, as it looks to broaden its impact on the energy transition and innovation.

As a seasoned professional, with nearly two decades of experience in the infrastructure industry, Caroline Kragerud, of Swedish nationality, has joined the Investor Relation team at Omnes Capital, alongside Partner Miria Späth-Werder. After working for the global utility Veolia, Caroline joined Cube Infrastructure’s investment team in 2010. In 2015 she was appointed Head of Investor relations and in that role she set up Cube’s IR and communication team, and successfully built a global investor base.
Joost Notenboom, of Dutch nationality, has a strong background in sustainability and will work to incorporate material ESG factors into all phases of Omnes’ investments. He previously worked at KPMG and EY, and for asset managers in the Netherlands and Australia. Most recently, Joost provided advisory services to several venture capital fund managers and continues to serve on the impact committee at Innovation Industries in the Netherlands.
Estelle Eonnet, of French and American nationality, has joined Omnes Capital as Director of Communications. She leads the firm’s communication strategy, which is deeply rooted in purpose. She previously built sustainability campaigns for an international coalition of NGOs, and held the position of CMO at the French FinTech Skaleet. Estelle also leverages her earlier career as a journalist to push for a bold narrative on sustainable funds within the Private Equity space.
These strategic additions to the Omnes Capital team underscore the firm’s commitment to drive sustainable investments, and strengthen its position as a leading player in the energy transition in Europe and beyond.
