AVENTIM, developer and real estate operator, announces the entry of OMNES into its shareholding. The sustainable investments player takes a minority stake in AVENTIM in order to support its development focused on the environmental and social transition.
Through Construction Energie Plus 2, an article 9 fund dedicated to Sustainable Cities, OMNES adds AVENTIM to its investment portfolio and supports it in writing a new page in its history.
This fundraising will allow AVENTIM to continue its development focused on the environmental and social transition and pursue its commitment to build more sustainable cities that are better adapted to new lifestyles.
As a dedicated player with strong environmental and social ambitions, AVENTIM, a French real estate developer on its way to a BCorp label, will exceed €100 million in turnover in 2023 and be able, thanks to this fundraising, to strengthen its positioning across France and deploy its multi-product offer in each of its entities. Founded in 2010, AVENTIM creates and designs living spaces to work and live with a sustainable and user-centered approach. This new stage in the life of the Aventim Group will strengthen and continue to support this low-carbon positioning for greater customer satisfaction.
The investment will therefore allow the real estate developer to continue to commit to projects with low environmental impact and carry the group’s values more intensely.
