Adictiz closes a €2 million fund-raising round from Omnes Capital, Global Equities Corporate Finance, advisor to the Company

Adictiz, a social and mobile gaming specialist, has closed its first €2 million round of financing from Omnes Capital
(formerly Crédit Agricole Private Equity), which will help it to pursue its strategy of expansion in France and abroad.

Founded in 2009 by 27-year-old Charles Christory, Adictiz has successfully authored web and mobile games such as
“Space Dog”, “Animal Story” and “What a Stupid Pigeon”. With over 30 million players since its inception, the company boasts close to 2.5 million active players every month on the web and mobiles generating over 200 million monthly advertising impressions. These players are located chiefly in Europe and South America.

The company has enjoyed strong growth in its Adictiz Studio BtoB business, in the development of branded games for the web and mobiles and as a games developer in its own right. It has a team of around forty staff, including Guillaume Dietrich, Nicolas Demory and Alexis de Charentenay, who are respectively in charge of the Adictiz Studio, Publishing and Marketing/Monetisation departments. This growth has been predicated on a suite of highly efficient technological platforms that have been developed internally over more than 2 years for the creation of games, traffic analysis and the management of advertising campaigns for its applications. In 2012, Adictiz Studio was awarded Preferred Marketing Developer status by Facebook, recognising it as an expert developer of applications with a mobile and social dimension for the network.

This fund-raising round will enable Adictiz to step up the pace of its development in France and in international markets through the creation of new games, selective marketing initiatives and strategic agreements rolling out its various brands under international licences and/or derivative products.

Charles Christory, Adictiz’s CEO and Founder, stated: “We are delighted to welcome Omnes Capital as an investor in
Adictiz at what is a key stage in our development. For over two years now, we have posted profitable, triple-digit growth. We have acquired solid knowledge of the development, deployment and monetisation cycle for social games on the web and mobiles–our prime focus for the past 18 months. Our advanced technology platform that we developed internally has made us highly efficient and gives us valuable insight into our key indicators. This fund-raising round will enable us to meet our goal, which is to rank among the top 5 social gaming companies in Europe by 2015.”

François-Xavier Dedde, Investment Manager at Omnes Capital, added: “We were immediately won over by Adictiz’s
positioning in social and mobile gaming and its dynamic teams. The company has very rapidly been able to provide
genuine expertise to its B2B clients and has successfully created very well-known game franchises. We are delighted to be supporting the teams and playing a role in accelerating the development of this ambitious company, which has
already shown its potential since it first launched.”

The transaction was led by fund-raising specialist Global Equities Corporate Finance. The original shareholders in the
company have retained a majority interest.
