Our Digital Infrastructure strategy focuses on metropolitan data centers located close to major population and economic centers. These assets benefit from growing demand for computing capacity while reducing latency and enabling more efficient integration with local ecosystems. We prioritize projects powered by low-carbon electricity and designed to optimised for energy efficiency.

By facilitating the creation of new computing capacity, we help build the digital foundation required for Europe's next phase of economic growth, innovation and sovereignty.

Serge SAVASTA

Energy Transition Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, Co-Investment, Executive Committee
Serge Savasta is CEO & CIO of Omnes Capital, after having been Managing Partner in charge of the Infrastructure activity comprising the Energy Transition Infrastructure and Digital businesses. He joined Omnes Capital in 2006 as Director of the Energy Transition Infrastructure team, and took over responsibility for it in 2008. Serge is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee. Serge began his career with Crédit Lyonnais in 2000 as an information systems consultant specialized in capital markets. In 2002, he joined the structured financing department of the bank (since renamed CACIB) as an asset financing executive and then as relationship manager. He was a director of the French renewable energy syndicate from 2009 to 2013. Serge Savasta graduated in engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics engineering school. He also holds an MBA from the HEC Paris business school.

Gonzague de TREMIOLLES

Digital Infrastructure
Gonzague de Trémiolles is Partner and Head of Digital Infrastructure at Omnes Capital. He sits on the board of several portfolio companies and leads the firm’s Digital Infrastructure strategy. Gonzague joined Omnes in 2016 as part of the team now dedicated to Digital Infrastructure, formerly Sustainable Cities, and was promoted to Director in 2018 before becoming Partner. Gonzague began his career in 2007 as a financial consultant structuring PPPs for French local authorities. In 2013, he joined RTE, the French TSO as a M&A and portfolio manager. Gonzague holds a master’s degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris. He has taught at Sciences Po Paris and at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.

Morgane HONIKMAN

Morgane Honikman joined Omnes Capital in October 2018 as Principal within the Digital Infrastructure team. Morgane Honikman started her career in 2010 at Eiffage Concessions as Project Finance Manager in infrastructure projects. Then she joined Green Yellow, the branch of Casino Group specialized in energy issues, as Finance Manager. Morgane Honikman graduated from ESSEC.

Camille MUELLER

Digital Infrastructure
Camille joined Omnes Capital in February 2026, as a Partner in the Digital Infrastructure team. Camille brings more than 18 years of experience across telecoms, digital, and energy infrastructure. Her background includes investments, corporate leadership, and investment banking advisory. Most recently, Camille was Managing Director at Cube Infrastructure Managers, where she focused on investments in digital infrastructure and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Before that, she was Head of M&A at Axpo Group in Switzerland. Camille began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London and Hong Kong, advising telecom clients across EMEA and APAC, and later worked at Greentech Capital Advisors (subsequently acquired by Nomura) in Switzerland focusing on sustainable infrastructure and technology.

Caroline YAMETTI

Caroline Yametti joined Omnes Capital's Digital Infrastructure team in 2017 and was appointed Partner in 2023. She is on the board of several Omnes portfolio companies. Since she joined Omnes she has been involved in all the social infrastructure projets, such as the olympic aquatic center and the Nancy thermal center, and in different types of investments such as project financing and corporate infrastructure. Before joining Omnes, Caroline spent seven years at UK fund InfraRed Capital Partners, specializing in infrastructure and real estate investments. She began her career at HSBC in structured real estate finance and advisory in Paris and London. Caroline is the treasurer of Enquête, a charity supported by the Omnes Foundation. Caroline is an HEC graduate.

Hassan AL AZADI

Hassan Al Azadi joined the Sustainable Cities team in September 2024 as a Portfolio Management Associate. Previously, Hassan worked at Tikehau Capital as a Portfolio Analyst and at Access Capital Partners as a Private Equity Fund Controller. Hassan graduated from Skema Business School with a master’s in Financial Markets and Investments.

Romain CAMPI

Romain Campi joined Omnes in April 2023 as a Principal within the Sustainable Cities team. He began his career in 2014 at EY in audit and transaction services in hospitality & real estate. In 2018, Romain joined the European Camping Group as an M&A Manager, then he joined Colas in 2021. Romain graduated from ESCP Business School.

Cristina IZQUIERDO SERRANO

Cristina Izquierdo Serrano joined Omnes Capital's Digital Infrastructure team in February 2024 as an Analyst. She was appointed Associate in 2025. Previously, she spent two years within the Real Estate Mergers and Acquisitions team at KPMG. Prior to that, she completed a 6-month internship at JLL in the Corporate Real Estate team in Paris, as well as another internship at EY in the Transactions Advisory Services Team in Madrid. Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and International Relations from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas) in Madrid. She is currently studying Law in a distance learning program at UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia).

Timothée CHAILLEY

Timothée joined the Digital Infrastructure team as an Analyst. Timothée has a double master’s degrees in engineering and corporate finance from Ecole Centrale de Lille and EDHEC Business School. Previously, Timothée completed a 6-month internship at Omnes as well as another internship in Private Equity Placement at Athos Partners in Monaco.
