Notus

Joint Venture with one of the first independent renewable energy developers in Germany
Notus Energie France is a joint venture between Capenergie 3 and the industrial German developer Notus. It is the French subsidiary of the Notus Group. Its activity is the development, acquisition, construction and operation of solar photovoltaic and wind projects in France. Notus is one of the first independent renewable energy developers in Germany, having already built more than 1 GW in the past 15 years. Expanding internationally, Notus launched its French subsidiary Notus Energie France in 2016 which, since 2016, has been developing more than 15 wind projects with a potential capacity of more than 300 MW. By investing in Notus Energie France, the Fund will support and co-finance these development efforts. The objective of the investment is to transform the development pipeline into wind and solar photovoltaic assets that are fully permitted and ready to be constructed. Additional acquisitions are also being pursued in order to boost the portfolio and transform Notus Energie France into a significant renewable energy platform in France. Notus Energie France is held by Capenergie 3.
