The Urbasolar group designs, constructs, finances, and operates power plants on buildings and parking canopies as well as ground-mounted plants. The company offers turn-key service, including study and design of the plant, administrative and legal procedures, project financing, generator construction through commissioning, as well as the operation and maintenance of the power plant.

Solar Energies is a holding company set up to house shareholdings in renewable energy infrastructure. This represents the first investment made by Aérowatt Participations in photovoltaic plants, which will ultimately have 3 MWp in the French overseas departments.
Aérowatt Participations, which was set up in 2007 together with Aérowatt, is dedicated to making investments in renewable energy projects contributed by Capenergie.
