Rreal estate projects with high energy and environmental performance
Omnes, Promoval, a real estate development group and Crédit Agricole Centre-est, via its subsidiary La Compagnie Foncière Lyonnaise, have formed Omniprom, a holding company for real estate projects with the purpose of transforming assets, mainly in the Lyon area, into buildings with high energy and environmental performance. Omniprom’s goal is to profoundly transform aging buildings in order to significantly improve working environment and energy performance. This partnership targets projects with a strong potential for redevelopment, restructuring and improvement of the energy and environmental performance of buildings, in particular the Greater Lyon business park.

Ekom Invest

Supporting the development of innovative tourist accommodation offers
Omnes and Banque des Territoires, which both have expertise in setting up and structuring tourism real estate projects, have signed a strategic partnership with the hotel group Eklo. The latter offers the innovative concept of an economic, ecological and friendly hotel, halfway between the hotel and the hostel. This partnership materialized through the creation of the EKOM INVEST real estate company, aimed at financing the design and construction of 5 to 10 hotels operated by Eklo, which are highly energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Several projects are already being reviewed, notably in Marne-la-Vallée and Lyons.

Green Campus

One of the biggest industrial estates in the Lyon metropolis.
The company Green Campus, comprising Omnes, via its Construction Energie Plus (CEP) fund, L’Auxiliaire, Foncière Magellana and Patriarca Group, have acquired the majority of buildings in the Moulin à Vent industrial estate, an area of more than 34,000m², located in Vénissieux, within the Lyon city loop. With 34 buildings bringing together more than 60 businesses, the Moulin à Vent estate is one of the biggest industrial estates in the Lyon metropolis. Green Campus, the company formed to acquire the estate, showcases a profound transformation strategy via the restructuring of the majority of buildings in order to significantly improve the energy performance and user comfort, the development of complementary surfaces and the implementation of new services. In this way, Green Campus’s ambition is to be a model of green and sustainable renovation and revaluation of this asset type, which is symbolic of the architecture and layout of French urban tertiary estates towards the end of the 1980s.

A partnership with event operator Culture & Patrimoine
Omnes signs its investment in green buildings in partnership with event operator Culture & Patrimoine. This long-term partnership is starting with the renovation of the “Y Hangar”, which is intended to become a key place of scientific culture and economic development in West Paris. Located in Meudon, the building has a metal structure which was used for the pavilions of the 1878 World Fair, and served as a shelter for the first airships launched in France.

Omnes Capital and the Evolution incubator conclude partnership through La Foncière des Lunes to develop regional projects with high environmental standards Omnes is concluding a strategic partnership with Evolution by investing in La Foncière des Lunes. Through this partnership, Omnes aims to invest, alongside Evolution, in Darwin, a flagship renovation project on the right bank of the Garonne in Bordeaux. It will also promote several other projects (particularly renovation and restructuring of existing assets) with high environmental standards, dedicated to combined uses and the development of integrated ecosystems. These projects will be developed in the Bordeaux region as well as in other French cities.
