Bruno Montanari has been appointed Partner within the Venture Capital team focusing on Life Sciences sector. The team has also been strengthened with the arrival of Claire Poulard as Life Sciences Analyst.
With 60 business disposals including 14 IPOs carried out in 15 years, Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital team is one of the key players in France in financing innovative SMEs via management of its FCPI funds. Since it was created, the Omnes Capital Venture Capital team has committed itself to financing over 180 innovative SMEs, mainly in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors. Headed by Michel de Lempdes, Managing Director, the Venture Capital team is made up of 7 investment experts.

Michael Pollan has been appointed Director within the Renewable Energy team.
Omnes Capital is a frontrunner in the field of renewable energies, having launched its first Capenergie fund in 2006. Since then, the company has made more than 30 investments in France and Europe in the wind energy, solar power, hydroelectricity and biomass sectors representing the equivalent of generation capacity of 1,500 MW, equivalent to two nuclear reactors. Capenergie 3 - the latest fund in the series currently at the fundraising stage - is the first dedicated renewable energy fund to benefit from the Juncker plan in France, with a €50 million commitment form the EIB. Led by Serge Savasta, Managing Director, the team consists of seven investment experts from international backgrounds.

Adrien Le Bail has joined Omnes Capital as Director within the Co-Investment team under Fabien Prévost, CEO of Omnes Capital.
Via the Co-Investment business, Omnes Capital acquires minority stakes in large-cap transactions alongside European and US funds.

Avi Corcos has joined Omnes Capital as Director within the Private Debt team.
With 40 investments in 15 years, the Private Debt team is a long-standing player in France in SME financing. The team is managed by Benjamin Arm, Managing Director.


Avi Corcos (age 40), Director
Avi Corcos has more than 13 years’ experience in private equity. He began his career at OTC Agregator before moving to Assya Capital. He has also worked at growth businesses (Viadeo, Certineo) in a variety of areas including strategy, administrative and equity. Mr Corcos holds a DESS diploma in Banking and Finance from the Sorbonne (Paris 1).

Adrien Le Bail (age 30), Director
After gaining experience at Rothschild & Cie and CACIB, Adrien Le Bail began his career in the General Audit department of Société Générale. In 2011, Mr Le Bail joined Boston Consulting Group where he specialised primarily in the energy, healthcare and automotive sectors. He was appointed Director within the Co-Investment team at Omnes Capital in 2015. Mr Le Bail is a graduate of HEC business school and CEMS.

Bruno Montanari (age 41), Partner
Bruno Montanari began his career in 1999 in London in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and then Merrill Lynch before moving into venture capital at CDP Capital Technology Ventures and then Atlas Venture. He joined Omnes Capital in 2010. Mr Montanari is currently a board member of several companies, notably Novate, Poxel (Euronext Paris: POXEL), Themis and Xention. He has been a board member at arGEN-X (Euronext Brussels: ARGX) and EOS imaging (Euronext Paris: EOSI). Mr Montanari holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from HEC business school and a PhD in Pharmaceuticals (Paris V).

Michael Pollan (age 37), Director
Michael Pollan began his career in 2003 as an analyst at Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in Washington DC, before joining Eco-Carbone in Paris in 2005 as carbon finance project manager. In 2008, he joined the Natixis Group as Investment Manager at Natixis Environnement & Infrastructures and became Deputy Head of Carbon Finance in 2012, and then Associate Director, Global Infrastructure & Project Finance. He joined Omnes Capital in 2013.
Mr Pollan is a graduate of John Hopkins University, Washington DC (United States) and the University of York (United Kingdom).

Claire Poulard (age 24), Analyst
Claire Poulard began her career in research at the Singapore Institute for Neurotechnology. She joined Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital team specialising in Life Sciences in 2015. Ms Poulard holds a Specialised Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Management and Biotechnology from ESCP and a second-year Master’s in Bioengineering and Neuroscience Innovation from ESPCI (École Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielle), ParisTech & Université Paris Descartes.
