Omnes Capital welcomes two new Associates, two Analysts and one In-house lawyer and strengthens its Investor Relations team
SMALL-CAP BUYOUT & GROWTH CAPITAL
Antoine Joris joined Omnes Capital in December 2015 as an Associate within the Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team.
Headed by Benjamin Arm, Managing Director, the Small-Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team works with French SMEs with an enterprise value of €8 million to €25 million. It comprises four investors and has carried out 40 investment transactions in the last 10 years.
MID-CAP BUYOUT & GROWTH CAPITAL
Geoffroy Manet joined the Mid-Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team as an Analyst in February 2016.
Comprising eight investors, the Mid-Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team helps SMEs with an enterprise value of less than €180 million with their growth and buyout projects. Headed by Benjamin Arm, Managing Director, the team has made 27 investments since 2005.
Jess Wizman joined the Renewable Energy team in November 2015 as an Associate.
Omnes Capital is a frontrunner in the field of renewable energy, having launched its first fund in 2006. Since then, the team has made more than 30 investments in France and Europe in the wind energy, solar power, hydroelectricity and biomass sectors representing the equivalent of generation capacity of 1,500 MW, equivalent to two nuclear reactors. Led by Serge Savasta, Managing Director, the team consists of eight investors from international backgrounds.
Marc Gasser joined the Venture Capital team in December 2015 as an Analyst.
With 30 business disposals including 14 IPOs carried out in 16 years, Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital team is one of the key players in France in financing innovative SMEs with expertise in both in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors. Headed by Michel de Lempdes, Managing Director, the Venture Capital team is made up of seven investors.
Sandra Matas joined Omnes Capital in March 2016 as In-house lawyer reporting to Philippe Trolez, Corporate Secretary.
Sophie Peyroutet joined Omnes Capital in November 2015 as Account Manager. She has increased the size of the Investor Relations team, reporting to Martine Sessin-Caracci, Managing Director & Head of Investor Relations.
Internally, Omnes Capital has cross-functional units dedicated to investor support: marketing and investor relations, communications, human resources, legal, finance, compliance and risk management.
Marc Gasser (age 25), Analyst
Marc Gasser joined Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital team in the Technology sector in December 2015. Marc Gasser is a graduate of Télécom ParisTech and holds a master’s degree from HEC Paris business school in strategy, marketing and innovation.
Antoine Joris (age 28), Associate
Antoine Joris joined Omnes Capital’s Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team in December 2015. Prior to this, he spent two years in M&A at Rothschild & Cie in Paris and Brussels, having initially gained experience at IK Investment Partners and Merrill Lynch in London, as well as at Leonardo & Co in Brussels. Antoine Joris holds a master’s degree in business engineering from Solvay Business School in Brussels.

Geoffroy Manet joined Omnes Capital in February 2016 as part of the Mid-Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team. He holds a university degree in banking and finance and a master’s degree in business engineering from EM Lyon Business School.
Sandra Matas (age 41), In-house lawyer
Sandra Matas joined Omnes Capital in March 2016. A graduate of Paris II University, Sandra Matas holds a DEA post-graduate diploma in business law and a master’s degree in Management Sciences and International Business Law from Paris IX-Dauphine University. A practicing lawyer since 1999, Sandra Matas has more than 15 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity at law firms Bird & Bird, Archers (Godet Gaillard Solle Maraux & Associés) and Granrut.
Sophie Peyroutet (age 30), Account Manager
Sophie Peyroutet joined Omnes Capital in November 2015. Sophie Peyroutet holds a degree in international management from Euromed Marseille and a specialist master’s degree in internal audit and management control from ESC Toulouse. Sophie Peyroutet began her career as an auditor at Exco, before becoming financial controller at Ardian and then at CM CIC Capital Privé.
Jess Wizman (age 29), Associate
Jess Wizman joined Omnes Capital’s Renewable Energy team in November 2015. A former student at the Ecole Polytechnique, Jess Wizman also holds a master’s degree in finance from HEC business school. Jess Wizman began his career in M&A at Morgan Stanley in Paris and then in London.
